An advertising platform, not a service provider. Tarot Ads is an advertising space. The tarot, psychic or guidance services advertised are provided directly by each Advertiser, not by the Site. Publishing service exclusively for people over 18.
These Terms & Conditions govern the publication of third-party ads through the website tarotads.com.
Every ad submitted by an Advertiser is subject to review before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, pause or remove any ad, at any time and without need of justification, especially where there are signs of fraud, misleading content or breach of these conditions.
Publishing on the Site is free. The prices of paid options and their conditions are the ones shown on the Site at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
Paid visibility works on credits: 1 credit = 1 hour with the ad at the top of its section, at $0.25 USD per credit. Credits are activated at the moment of payment, are non-refundable once activated and expire 12 months (1 year) after the date of purchase. When an account runs out of credits nothing is deleted: the ad simply stops being at the top and stays published for free, with its free renewal once a day.
The Advertiser is solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality and accuracy of the content of their ad, and for the services they offer and provide outside the Site. By posting an ad, the Advertiser warrants that they are entitled to offer the services described and that the information provided is true.
The service is addressed exclusively to people over 18 years of age. The user agrees to provide true information and to use the Site properly and respectfully.
No robots, no AI, no automation. Creating accounts, posting or renewing ads, sending messages or collecting information from this Site by automated means — robots, scripts, scrapers, bots, artificial-intelligence agents or any similar tool — is strictly forbidden. Every ad must be posted by hand by a real person, and a verification picture (captcha) protects the forms. We treat automated access as unauthorized access to a computer system, which may be an offence under applicable United States law. Offending accounts are blocked, their ads are removed, the IP addresses involved are banned, and we reserve the right to claim damages.
We are not responsible for the content of the ads nor for the services provided by the Advertisers. Any contact, reading or transaction the user carries out with an Advertiser through the details published in an ad is the exclusive responsibility of both parties, entirely outside the Site. We do not guarantee the truthfulness, legitimacy or quality of any ad. Nor are we responsible for anything users write to each other through the Site’s chat, nor for any deal, agreement, appointment, payment or promise between users, on or off the Site.
The contact details published in the ads exist only so that clients can contact the Advertiser about the services advertised. Harvesting, copying or using information from this Site (phone numbers, emails, texts or images) for advertising, recruitment, data resale or any other purpose is forbidden. Whoever breaches this prohibition agrees to pay a penalty of $25 USD for every email sent and $500 USD for every call or SMS placed using data obtained from the Site, plus any applicable damages.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
These Terms are governed by the applicable law, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection rules grant the user in their country of residence. For any question about these Terms, write to info@tarotads.com.
