This Legal Notice governs the access to and use of the website tarotads.com ("the Site"). Tarot Ads is the trade name of a limited liability company registered in the state of New Mexico, United States. We will give the company’s full details to anyone who asks for them by writing to info@tarotads.com.
The Site is a classified ads board where third-party advertisers ("the Advertisers") post ads promoting their own tarot, psychic or guidance services. The Site does not provide tarot readings, psychic services or consultations of any kind; its role is limited to publishing and displaying the ads submitted by the Advertisers, after review.
Every ad published is the sole responsibility of the Advertiser who submits it. The Site reviews ads before publishing them, but this is not a verification, guarantee or endorsement of the identity, legitimacy or quality of the services offered by any Advertiser.
Tarot Ads does not sell, buy, provide or charge anything for other people’s ads. We take no part in the deals or in the payments, and we are not a party to whatever two people agree between themselves.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for absolutely anything that happens between users: not for any reading or service, not for any purchase or sale, not for any payment, expense or money handed over, not for appointments, promises or results. This is a classifieds website: we only provide the space where the ads are shown.
The ads belong to whoever posts them, and that person is responsible for what they say in them, for it being true and for it being legal. We take absolutely no responsibility for anything another person posts, whether they are a private individual or a business.
This includes the Site’s chat: conversations are private between users and nobody at the Site reads them, unless one of the parties reports one for review. We are not responsible for anything users write to each other through the chat, nor for any deal, agreement, appointment, payment or promise they make between themselves, on or off the Site. None. Nothing at all.
We review reported ads, one by one. We delete whatever breaks the rules. We block the accounts that cheat or commit fraud. We reserve the right to remove any user whose advertising we consider inappropriate or misleading, at our sole discretion. And we protect the Site against automated programs.
If a page links to another website, we are not responsible for what is on it.
Access to the Site and to its publishing services is restricted to people over 18 years of age. The user agrees to use the Site lawfully and diligently, and not to use it for unlawful or fraudulent activities or against these conditions.
The name, the design and the Site’s own texts and images belong to their respective owners and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The content of each ad (text and images) is the responsibility of the Advertiser who posts it.
This Legal Notice is governed by the applicable law, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection rules grant the user in their country of residence.
